Meet Oz Abramzon
Co-founder and partner at RFOptic — an Israeli deep-tech company specializing in RF-over-Fiber communications for defense, telecom, and test & measurement markets. I built the entire global commercial operation from scratch, established and ran the US subsidiary, and led the company from startup stage to profitability.
Along the way, I specialized in export strategy, international market penetration, and global brand positioning — backed by a career as a venture-capital analyst and deputy director of a technology incubator. Today I mentor growth-stage companies, serve as a certified mentor at the Israel Export Institute, a certified mentor at Reichman University, and lecture on entrepreneurship.
